Go New Recruitment is now recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to drive kerbside collection vehicles in Swindon and the surrounding area. You will be covering fixed collection routes as part of a 3-person team, with 1 driver and 2 loaders. Between driving there will be a requirement to support loaders with the sortation process, some heavy lifting will be required and candidates must be confident in lifting up to 25kg. The company will provide the all the required ‘Personnel Protective Equipment’ with the exception of the steel toe capped boots which must be ankle high (no steel toe capped trainers).  You will be working both individually and as part of a busy team so a professional attitude is essential. 

Working hours are from 06:30 to 16:00 on an ad hoc basis and covering holiday. You will have no more than 6 points on your licence and must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years work history. Only candidates with previous HGV driving experience, license and digi tacho will be considered. Employment into this company is highly sort after and for the right candidate a great driving career opportunity.
