particular site.
We provide an onsite team to recruit, coordinate and manage a temporary workforce for a convenient,

Our managed services are defined yet flexible in recognition of the specific nature of requirements. We firstly conduct a full client needs analysis to understand the exact requirement, culture, expectations and existing recruitment strategy. This is followed by a detailed proposal outlining our ideas, advice and solution to the requirement based on our exceptional knowledge and experience in this area. The next step is a more in-depth operational plan outlining daily activities, responsibilities, the recruitment process, candidate selection and our management strategy.
On acceptance of our proposed solution we assign an implementation manager to relinquish the client of time consuming transitional activities and manage the change.
We provide communication to existing suppliers and any existing permanent or temporary employees affected by the transition on behalf of the client. We will also address Transfer of Undertaking Protecting Employment (TUPE) and other relevant legislation as it arises.
We will provide the client with a time line and critical path analysis to ensure the implementation plan and proposal are delivered on time in their entirety.
